Upon booking, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, we kindly request 48 hours notice. If 48 hours are not given, we reserve the right to keep the deposit. This policy also applies if you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment as we will no longer be able to accommodate your service.
