Bookings are by appointment only. New clients, please text us to book.
Wear a mask. Ear-loop masks are best. We ask that you don’t wear a mask that ties around your head.
If you are receiving color a disposable mask is suggested.
Punctuality is of the utmost importance. Please contact your stylist if you are running late.
Appointments that are 15+ mins late will be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may be requested.
Waiting area space is limited. Please arrive ONLY 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Once checked in by your stylist, wash your hands in our restroom and take a seat but please be courtesy of space.
Practice social distancing. Please help everyone by maintaining a distance of 6 feet.
Come alone. No additional guests. Sadly, this also applies to your furry friends. If you require a service animal to be at your appointment, please get approval from your stylist prior to your visit.
Temperature checks at the front. Be prepared to have your temperature taken with a contactless thermometer upon arrival. High temps will be asked to reschedule and a fee may be requested.
No complimentary beverages at this time. Feel free to bring you own; we only ask that you leave with your containers.
